Holly started painting in 1990. In 1997 she had the opportunity to study under Dorothy Yung at Coster's Gallery in Highland Park, New Jersey. The year she spent working with Dorothy was pivotal in how she uses color in her paintings and all artwork she creates. She received a BFA in Communication Design in 2004 from Texas State University. While pursuing her degree she was introduced to printmaking and book arts and still has a passion for making art using these various methods and materials. Her goal for this website is to continue updating with past and present art works to show her wide array of interests.
