Idle Hand is a custom tattoo studio located in the Lower Haight. It was created by TJ Hernandez in early 2004. Holly joined the shop a few months later and the roster of artists grew from there. In 2007 Holly took over as the new owner.

With 7 artists there is a wide range of styles to choose from. Several of the artists work on an appointment only basis but there are always 2 artists available for walkins. The shop is open every day from 12 - 8pm.
